one day for tacos? we thought of something better.
national taco day lands october 6, and we’re stretching the celebration for four whole weeks with destination taco.

the idea is simple:
four limited-time tacos. four different flavor stories. one new taco every week.
we took inspiration from places and cooking traditions we love, brought those flavors into our kitchen, and made them unmistakably bartaco.
flavors from there. made here.

first stop: puebla, mexico
pork arabes taco | october 6
thinly sliced pork gets global-inspired spices, onions, yogurt sauce + chipotle salsa, all wrapped up in a soft flour tortilla. spicy, smoky + anything but expected.
next stop: saigon, vietnam
shrimp banh mi taco | october 14
grilled shrimp meets lemongrass, ginger + lime with crunchy, lightly pickled vegetables. a street food favorite, with a bartaco spin.
then: sumatra, indonesia
beef rendang taco | october 21
beef gets cloves, star anise + cardamom before cooking low and slow for more than eight hours. a hit of green chile sambal finishes things off. maximum flavor. no shortcuts.
last stop: hidalgo, mexico
lamb barbacoa taco | october 28
low, slow + wrapped in banana leaves, finished with pickled habaneros for a little heat and crunch. worth the wait.
